Portfolio
The Brigham Young University Electro-Holography Lab (EHL) is creating 3D displays that were once thought impossible: images that float in air, apparitions that you can touch, and content that is customized to the viewer. We strive to fundamentally change the way humanity interacts with digital information by making it a physical part of our world.
Simulating Virtual Images
Virtual images are impossible to make with volumetric displays. However, we've found a way to get around this limitation by simulating virtual images with perspective projection. See our recent Scientific Reports paper.
